Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment and Participation:

• Parents/guardians must complete the parental consent form to register their child for the club.

• By requesting a booking with us, you warrant that you are the parent or guardian of any relevant child and that you have the legal right to make such a booking for Sessions and to comply with these terms.

2. Fees and Payment:

• Payment is due in advance per half-term.

• Late payments may result in suspension from the club.

• If our supply of any session is prevented because of an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and provide another session on an alternative date. If we cannot provide an alternative date, then we will refund fees for the missed session.

3. Behaviour and Conduct:

• Students are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and kindness.

  • Follow instructions from club leaders.

  • Use digital tools responsibly and ethically.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive attitude.

4. Digital Safety and Tool Usage:

• While students will not have direct access to the internet during club sessions, some digital tools they use may require internet connectivity.

• The club will take all reasonable actions to ensure digital safety, including:

• Providing adult supervision during all sessions.

• Educating students about online safety and privacy.

• Monitoring tool usage.

• Restricting access to age-appropriate applications.

• Following parental consent guidelines for tool selection.

• Addressing any safety concerns promptly

• Only tools deemed suitable for children and those allowed with parental consent will be used in the class

• Students will have access to various applications, including but not limited to:

  • Google Slides

  • Google Draw

  • Stop-Motion Studio

  • Canva

  • Artbreeder

  • Google Classroom

5. Data Privacy:

• The club will follow data protection guidelines and ensure student privacy.

• Parents/guardians will be informed of any data collection or sharing.

6. Communication:

• The club will communicate important updates via email or other channels.

• Parents/guardians should promptly inform the club of any changes in contact information.

7. Termination:

• The club reserves the right to terminate a student’s participation due to:

  • Violation of behaviour guidelines.

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Safety concerns

8. Liability Waiver:

While we take care to conduct our classes in a safe and responsible manner. We do not accept liability for the injury or death of any member, child or guest that may happen whilst the member, child or guest knowingly and willingly attends and/or participates in our classes at the venue where our classes are held, other than in respect of any liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.

We do not accept liability for damage or loss to your property or a guest’s property that may happen at the venue at which our classes are held, other than in respect of any liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is meant to limit any rights you might have as a consumer.
